Loonshot Development Co (LDC Products) is a small but fast-growing prototyping and production shop, and we’re looking for a skilled Fabricator/Welder who wants to be part of a grassroots startup. Position: Full-Time Fabricator/Welder
Pay: $20–$35/hr (depending on experience and skill)
Responsibilities:
MIG, TIG, and/or stick welding of steel components
Fabricating and assembling parts from drawings or samples
Grinding, prepping, and finishing welded products
General workshop duties: cleaning, forming on the press brake, setting up machinery, and various shop tasks as needed
Helping maintain an organized, safe, and efficient work environment
Qualifications:
Welding experience with structural steel
Ability to read and interpret basic fabrication drawings
Good attention to detail and quality workmanship
Reliable, self-motivated, and a team player
Someone who wants to contribute to a growing startup and take pride in building something from scratch
Bonus Skills:
Experience in prototyping, one-off builds, or small production runs
Familiarity with metal cutting, bending, or plasma work
