Vintage and unusual dual purpose Sabatier Lion knife. One side is a traditional Carving knife with built in serving tines at the tip, and the other side is a ripper / bone saw with a very aggressive edge. The fork like tines are in good shape with the top one being perfect and the bottom one lightly rounded (see pics).
The handle is triple riveted and tight and solid, with no chips,nicks gouges or looseness. There is an extremely light gap between the tang and the handle at the front of the knife, but that is caused by the taper of the steel as it enters the handle, not a loosening of the handle which is 100% solid. 10" blade, 14 7/8" total length, roughly 6 ounces.




Will trade for silver coins, rock tumbler, gift certificates/gift cards, massage, knives or the opportunity to metal detect older (pre-1920) properties. Or just offer whatever and I'll let you know. Or cash and partial trade works.
